Scholarship Holders Programme
KH participates with universities of the Valencian community and some international universities in preparing and training young students, through a programme of total immersion in the company.
This programme feeds students to all KH departments. These students develop a year of practical experience as part of the daily work team of the company and assume some responsibilities, allowing them to develop their talents and knowledge very quickly
The programme aims to provide fresh from the students, and KH introduces these students to a realistic view of the business world, where one has to face the difficult challenge of decision-making and responsibility from the beginning.
Work Safety and Health Standards
KH maintains a strict policy regarding the supervision and control of safety at work.
It has a department that works 24 hours a day to routinely inspect, and predict, the current regulations in order to avoid any kind of malpractice and risk on the job.
Safety comes first for KH.
An example of foresight is the fact that all truck drivers or commercial vehicle drivers at KH are subjected to random alcohol tests.
KH is a company committed to the environment. This is evidenced by its certification and some of its patents, which help to minimize the welding processes.
Likewise, KH already has a photovoltaic system for future auto-consumption.
KH constantly and diligently works on improving its processes, focussing on the care of the environment and the society that surrounds us, for a better future of our planet.
