Project IMINOB/2016/37 “Implementation of several LEAN manufacturing tools to improve KH VIVES processes”
The main objective of this performance is to optimize the different manufacturing processes in KH Vives, through the application of Lean manufacturing techniques (such as KANBAN, SMED, VSM etc.). Through the innovations implanted in the processes of the different business areas of the company, a general plant efficiency improvement will be achieved.
This project has been assisted by IVACE within the program “SME innovation Projects 2016. Process innovation”, with a subsidy of 25.200€, with funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), in a percentage of 50%, through the operational program FEDER from Comunitat Valenciana 2014-2020.
